MaPP (Mobile apps Programming Professionals) 行動應用軟體程式設計專業技術能力國際認證的學習與測評體系適用於軟體開發者，為他們提供在研發行動裝置應用軟體時使用特定開發工具的必要技能與知識，本認證目前使用Google 公司的App Inventor® (Ver. 2或 Classic版)等。MaPP 行動應用軟體程式設計專業技術能力國際認證，採用獨特的即測即評技術，是以操作真實軟體為測驗方式。
