英语是国际化的语言，专业英语更是每个行业的工作人员要迈向国际化的基本专业核心能力之一。大部分的行业各专业领域用字词，约在500-2,000 个专业字词所组成的 [关键词词集]，熟悉这些专业字词集的意义、发音、能念出来、能拼写( reading, listening, speaking and spelling, RLSS)，形成一部分生活习惯式、直觉反应式的专业应用工具，轻松驾驭这些字词帮助您在专业领域学习、沟通得更容易。
专业英文字词汇能力是由 Global Learning and Assessment Development (GLAD) 全球学习与测评发展中心，礼聘各专业领域的专家共同指导研发而成。针对各个专业领域，在专业工作上的沟通、阅读问题，最关键的、经常使用的专业字词做整理，结合技职教育学习理论与现代化云端网络及信息科技，提供给各专业领域的专业人员或大学研究生、技职院校师生，作为学习专业英语的有效体系与平台。PVQC 内采用了合作的专家所提供的杜卡斯®技能式学习机制技术，让在职场工作者或职业教育的学习者，有效的学会行业英文的看听说写(RLSS)能力，能直接反应的张口说专业英语的关键词汇，是奠定学习者专业英文听写能力的重要秘诀。

PVQC 内采用了合作的专家所提供的杜卡斯®技能式学习机制技术，让在职场工作者或职业教育的学习者，有效的学会行业英文的看听说写(RLSS)能力，能直接反应的张口说专业英语的关键词汇，是奠定学习者专业英文听写能力的重要秘诀。

PVQC每一科目皆分为专业级(Specialist)与专家级(Expert)。
