Professional English Listening Comprehension Certification (PELC) Programs

The Professional English Listening Comprehension (PELC) and writing programs are based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment) for language learning, teaching, assessment and certification. The PELC program is designed for non-native English speaking students, business/technical people and engineers.
Certified PELC participants will have the knowledge, skills and ability to productively apply English to the domains or workplaces using English (L2) and their native language (L1). The PELC program provides three major levels: Fundamentals, Specialist and Expert with multiple tiers to comply with CEFR.
