Professional Vocabulary Quotient Credential (PVQC) for e-Commerce programs have been released today. PVQC for e-Commerce programs two levels- Specialist and Expert. Electronic Certificates (e-Certificates) for all GLAD Programs

This will include PVQC (Professional Vocabulary Quotient Credential), PELC (Professional English Listening Comprehension and Writing program), GQC (Grammar Quotient Credential), JVQC (Japanese Vocabulary Quotient Credential), VQC (Vocabulary Quotient Credential), BAP (Business Application Professionals), ICT (Information and Communication Technology), AIL (Artificial Intelligence Literacy) and other programs. Artificial Intelligence Literacy Programs Learning, Assessment and Certifications have been released.

Global Learning and Assessment Development (GLAD) announces a new innovative learning and assessment system. The new programs called Artificial Intelligence Literacy (AIL) were released today.
Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications will be used everywhere. The reason we developed Artificial Intelligence Literacy (AIL) is to help non-professional AI users learn the basic knowledge, technologies and applications of AI. The content of the AIL programs are divided into several modules, such as AI Basics, AI Applications and Development, AI Knowledge Concepts, AI Technical Concepts, and AI Advanced Techniques.
Based on the needs of different applications, the AIL programs have been divided into two levels: Fundamentals and Essentials. GLAD launched PVQC programs for learning AI vocabulary and keywords last month.
The Artificial Intelligence Literacy (AIL) programs are internationally recognized and reflect the most relevant Industrial AI concepts, knowledge and skills needed in today’s academic and business settings.

ELW is the Fundamentals level of the Professional Vocabulary Quotient Credential (PVQC) programs. The content of each ELW program includes vocabulary and keywords of everyday life and one domain, such as infant and child care (ICC). Based on the needs of different learning and applications, PVQC now has been divided into three levels: Fundamentals, Specialist and Expert.

The PVQC programs are internationally recognized and reflects the most relevant Industrial vocabulary and keywords about knowledge and skills needed in today’s academic and business settings. PVQC ELW programs currently have products on ICC (infant and child care), CEC (civil engineering and construction), MHC (medical and health Care), and FSD (fashion styles and design). GLAD will launch more PVQC ELW programs on other domains soon.

The GLAD TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers Other Language) program is a training course for teachers to teach English using GLAD PVQC and/or PELC (Professional Vocabulary Quotient Credential & Professional English Listening Comprehension) programs for their resources. The GLAD TESOL for PVQC/PELC program includes the instructional design, instructional methods and teaching material for teachers to use the PVQC and/or PELC programs. The training period is about 4 days (24 hours). The teacher will be granted a PVQC/PELC-TESOL certificate if she/he passes the requirements in the training course.

GLAD Holds 6th Annual IT and Professional English Competitions for Greater China Region on Aug. 18, 2016

Irvine, CA, USA and Beijing, China—Aug. 18, 2016—Global Learning & Assessment Development Company (GLAD), with operations in Irvine, CA. USA, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and in Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and mainland China) has successfully held the IT and Professional English Competitions for Greater China Region in Taipei on Aug. 18, 2016.

The competition is focused on the language and technical skills needed for vocational success, GLAD serves targeted vertical markets from high schools to colleges with fresh, custom-designed learning content and assessments. The competition includes five programs :

PVQC : Professional Vocabulary Quotient Credential (Professional English)

BAP : Business Application Professionals

ICT : Information Communication and Technologies

IBA : CIW Internet Business Associate
